Tuition Payment/Refund

  • Bank Transfer
    Internet/Mobile banking transfer
    to a virtual account at Woori Bank or Kookmin Bank
  • In-Person Payment
    Payment at the bank counter
  • ※ Payment Hours: 09:00 - 16:00 on weekdays
  • ※ Individual virtual accounts change each semester, so you must verify your identity by checking the account holder's name (e.g., CUK Hong Gil-dong)
  • ※ Payment can be made even if the depositor's name is different from the payer's name (i.e., someone other than the student can make the payment)

Tuition Refund Policy

Refunds are based on the standards set by the Ministry of Education under Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the “Regulations on University Tuition” (Tuition Refund Criteria)

A. Leave of Absence

Date of Reason for Refund Refund Amount
From the start of the semester (admission date) until the end of the additional enrollment period Full amount
From the day after the end of the additional enrollment period until 30 days from the start of the semester 5/6 of the tuition
From 30 days to 60 days after the start of the semester 2/3 of the tuition
From 60 days to 90 days after the start of the semester 1/2 of the tuition
After 90 days from the start of the semester No refund

B. Withdrawal
