The Health Care Center supports the health maintenance and improvement of students and staff, enhancing the effectiveness of school education and ensuring a healthy school life.

Operating Hours :: 08:30 to 17:30 (Lunch Break: 12:00 to 13:00)

Offered Services

First aid
General health management and physical measurement (weight, blood pressure, blood glucose measurement, vision, etc.)
Adult disease management (hypertension, diabetes, etc.)
Health counseling and education
Stability rooms for student and faculty
Smoking cessation clinic (operating during the semester in conjunction with public health centers)
Emergency medicine box rental: Complete the application form at least three days in advance
Rental of medical aids such as crutches and wheelchairs

Student Accident Insurance

This insurance provides coverage for liability or medical expenses incurred from accidents that happen during school activities or official university events for enrolled students (undergraduate and graduate students).

Eligibility

Students enrolled at the time of the accident (excluding students on leave of absence)

Required Documents

Hospital treatment :
Diagnosis or medical confirmation (must include diagnosis name), medical receipt or detailed medical cost breakdown, pharmacy receipt (including prescription and medication packaging)
Complete the accident report form :

How to Apply

STEP 1

Complete the "Accident Report Form"
* within three days of the accident and have it verified by your department
STEP 2

Prepare all necessary documents and visit the Health Care Center
STEP 3

Complete the insurance application form (3 copies)
* Includes verification of required documents
STEP 4

Send via fax and keep the original for yourself
STEP 5

Contact the Health Care Center
* If the insurance payment is not received within two weeks

Use of Affiliated Hospitals and Medical Expense Reduction Benefits

In case of an emergency, students can first use the emergency room at Bucheon St. Mary's Hospital, which offers cost reduction benefits. For outpatient treatment, the hospital's medical cooperation team will assist with outpatient reservations.

※ The same conditions apply for international students if interpretation services are available, excluding same-day application

Reduction Rate

100% of consultation fees (first visit, follow-up visit)
30% reduction of personal charges out of total medical expenses (except for Daejeon St. Mary's Hospital)
