Submission of Withdrawal Form

If you are unable to continue your studies due to unavoidable circumstances, you can submit a withdrawal form at any time during the year without any deadline restrictions

How to Apply for Withdrawal: Visit in personl

(1) Complete the withdrawal form, available at the Academic Affairs Services Team (with the signature or seal of a guardian)

(2) Obtain approval from your advisory professor and department chair

(3) Visit and submit the withdrawal form in person to Academic Affairs Services Team

Tuition Refund Policy

Withdrawal Assessment Refund Amount
Within 30 days from the semester start 5/6 of the tuition fee
Within 60 days from the semester start 2/3 of the tuition fee
Within 90 days from the semester start 1/2 of the tuition fee
After 90 days from the semester start No refund

※ If tuition has been paid prior to withdrawal, a refund will be issued according to the table above. In the case of a withdrawal following a leave of absence, the refund will be based on the leave of absence date.
