Notes
- If you are returning to school after the completion of your military leave, you must upload one document on Trinity as proof of discharge. This document should clearly state your name, date of birth, enlistment date, and discharge date (acceptable documents include: military service certificate, both sides of the discharge certificate, or a certified copy of your resident registration). After uploading, the document will be reviewed and approved by the relevant staff
- If you are returning to school early from military leave, you must visit the Academic Affairs Services Team in person to submit your discharge proof
- If your leave of absence has expired and you do not apply for an extension or return to school, you will be dismissed for failing to return
