Information on 2024 Spring Semester Tuition Installment Payment for Enrolled Students
This is an announcement regarding the enrolled students' installment payment of tutition for the 2024 spring semester.
Due to the high volume of inquiries during the payment period, it may be difficult to answer inquiries over the phone. Please check the following to ensure a smooth payment process.
1. Application process
A. Installment payment: Tuition payment in four installments over a specified number of enrollment periods
B. Eligibility : Students who have made an actual payment of 1 million won or more for tuition and are unable to pay the full tuition within the enrollment period(will be canceled if the student is found to be ineligible)
※ 초Students taking extra semesters can also pay the tuition in installments. If the tuition changes due to changes in the enrollment status, the amount of the second through fourth installments will be adjusted.
C. Application ineligibillity:
1)Those who applied and are paying for student loans
2) New students, readmitted students, and transferred students in their first semester
3) Those who have a history of late tuition installemnt payments from previous semesters
4) Those who have not applies for installment payment during the application period

3. Installment payment enrollment period

4. Information on tuition installment payment

B. Payment method: During the enrollment period for each window, check the installment payment notice and pay by transferring the amount to your Woori Bank virtual account

※ When the tuition is paid via banks other than Woori Bank, remittance charges may be incurred on the student
C. Payment confirmation: The payment date and amount can be confirmed through the Apply for Payment in Installments menu one business day after the payment date
5. Important information
A. Failure to pay within the first window payment period will result in the cancellation of the installment payment application for the semester
B. Restrictions in the case of late payment: Unable to apply for installment payments for the next semester, use the on-campus library, issue certificates, etc.
C. Change in the enrollment status: The change in the enrollment status (leave of absence, withdrawal, etc.) is processed after the balance is paid
※ Tuition deductions due to a change in the enrollment status are calculated based on the full amount of tuition, not the installment amount
D. Failure to pay the tuition fee in full by the final enrollment deadline for installment payments may result in disenrollment in accordance with relevant regulations
